Agorify partnered with Telematics Valley, a non-profit organization focused on the mobility industry, which sought to scale up its annual Mobility Summit. Their challenge was to make the 20-year-old event more widely accessible to a global audience by transitioning it into a true hybrid format for the first time, allowing both onsite and online attendance.
Using the Agorify platform, the solution included live streaming, a digital agenda, and networking tools like a centralized Q&A chat to engage all attendees equally. The event was a success, attracting over 400 delegates with more than 100 onsite and the rest online, and received very positive feedback. As a result, Telematics Valley plans to further explore the hybrid format for future events.
