Hyperight, a Swedish event and media company, sought to revolutionize the event industry by organizing the first major true hybrid event in the Nordics, the Data Innovation Summit. Their challenge was to create an event that was equally engaging for both onsite and online attendees while also focusing on sustainability and safety. They turned to Agorify to utilize its True Hybrid event platform to achieve this ambitious goal.
Agorify provided a comprehensive solution that included self check-in and badge printing for a contactless experience, seamless onsite-to-online and online-to-onsite streaming, a fully digital agenda, and virtual exhibitor booths. This allowed Hyperight to successfully execute the event, reducing the average check-in time to 22 seconds per person. The hybrid format was a major success, with online visitors streaming 9446 hours of content, and the event was made significantly more paperless and sustainable. Agorify enabled Hyperight to disrupt the industry by proving the viability and benefits of true hybrid events.
