One-of-a-Kind Camelback Resort Delights Guests while Going Green

Camelback Resort, a year‑round ski‑in/ski‑out property with 453 suites, faced the dual challenge of delivering exceptional guest experiences while reducing its environmental footprint. To support its sustainability goals and streamline operations, Camelback turned to Agilysys and its DataMagine document management capabilities to move check‑in, waiver and check‑out folios to a paperless, digital workflow.

Agilysys implemented its integrated hospitality software suite—using DataMagine to manage guest folios and integrate with POS, PMS and other systems—allowing staff to operate more productively with less downtime. The result: paperless check‑ins and folios, smoother internal workflows, delighted guests and strong, sustained performance of the Agilysys solution over the past three years.
