Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa, a five-star beachfront property with 17 food & beverage outlets, needed to upgrade point-of-sale technology to solve service inefficiencies, limited reporting and unreliable connectivity. IT Manager Shiju Nair led the selection and deployment of Agilysys, implementing Agilysys InfoGenesis® POS and InfoGenesis® Flex across 17 stationary terminals and 20 mobile tablets used by 70+ service staff.
