Odawa Casino Resort in Petoskey, Michigan, is a $140 million, 137-room resort and 50,000-square-foot casino that, after extensive renovations, needed state-of-the-art technology to increase operational efficiency and enhance the guest experience. The property selected Agilysys and its suite of solutions—Visual One® PMS, InfoGenesis® POS, and rGuest® Pay—to modernize property management, point-of-sale and payment processing across its hotels, restaurants, bars and retail outlets.

Agilysys implemented Visual One to streamline front-office operations from arrival through departure, InfoGenesis to boost food, beverage and retail service efficiency, and rGuest Pay to secure payments with P2PE, tokenization and EMV-ready devices. The Agilysys suite reduced card-acceptance risk and drastically lowered annual PCI audit costs while improving operational efficiency and guest service across the resort, supporting Odawa Casino Resort’s goal of a seamless, modern guest experience.
