University of Colorado Foundation - Customer Case Study

The University of Colorado Foundation hosted the 2008 Big12® Development Conference in Kansas City and needed a way to communicate with constituents and manage a conference web portal, online registration, and event workflows. After consulting with Agilon, the Foundation selected Agilon’s Constituent Connection and related Agilon One services to build the conference site and handle registration and communications.

Agilon implemented Constituent Connection plus the Constituents module, Events Management (online registration and payment) and Rel@y email delivery, creating a branded conference site and automated event processes. The solution enabled 413 registrations, 1,946 emails sent, $56,275 processed online, and six system users, while saving “hundreds of hours” through streamlined registration, payment processing, attendee tracking and name-tag generation — all delivered by Agilon.
