A Agiloft Case Study
Aviation Technical Services (ATS), a leading U.S. aircraft maintenance and repair provider with 1.2 million square feet of facilities supporting military, commercial, and regional operators, needed to secure more than 9,000 decentralized contract documents stored in ad-hoc systems. ATS required complex, multi-layered access controls (primary/secondary groups, location-specific permissions, and overlap checks), specialized admin functions, and automated notifications to prevent unauthorized access and ensure reliable contract visibility.
Agiloft implemented a highly customizable, relational contract-management system that enforced layered security, provided the required admin tools and notifications, and kept functional data integrity as access conditions changed. The result: stable, glitch-free operation; rapid audit response and reporting (records now produced in minutes); better tracking of expirations; and strengthened data protection across ATS’s locations.
