Non-Profits Standardize Processes with Unified Solution

Northern Rivers Family of Services is a New York non-profit that supports more than 14,000 children and adults across 36 counties through 80 programs staffed by 1,400 workers. After merging legacy organizations, Northern Rivers faced fragmented contract, grant, and vendor processes, limited central oversight, and a lean IT workforce — challenges compounded by varying staff comfort with cloud systems and a desire to change policy and culture while working within tight budgets.

Northern Rivers selected Agiloft to deliver a unified, configurable system that enforces layered permissions, automated multi-factor approvals, and supports grants and vendor workflows. Administrator training enabled internal staff to build and maintain complex workflows, adoption was rapid across users, and the project completed at just 50% of the budgeted cost, freeing funds for additional licenses and further system expansion.
