Immersion, a developer and licensor of haptic technology, was managing over 5,000 contracts and 3,000 SharePoint records with approvals by email and limited reporting. Their Salesforce Sales Cloud deployment didn’t connect to contract workflows, and contracts often needed to be tied to purchase requests (PRs) that could require pausing approvals or skipping approvers based on purchase thresholds—creating delays and manual work for Sales, Legal, and Finance.

Agiloft imported Immersion’s agreements and implemented a nightly Salesforce sync so deal sheets automatically become contract requests that trigger tailored workflows: approvals can be suspended and resumed based on PR status, and approvers are skipped when thresholds don’t require review. The system transfers key Salesforce fields, sends automated reminders, secures role-based access, and generates finance-ready reports for Oracle—accelerating the sales cycle, improving cross-team visibility, and reducing manual effort while staying within budget.
