CSF International (CSFi) is a global provider of electronic payment authorization and transaction switching software serving hundreds of companies in more than 20 countries. The company struggled with scattered, stale and duplicated data across spreadsheets, document libraries, Access databases, SharePoint and a costly hosted RightNow support system that lacked customization, charged for exports, and was cumbersome to change — and they needed a faster, in-house replacement before their renewal.
CSFi implemented Agiloft on-premise, consolidating support, CRM/sales automation, contract, project and change management into a single customizable knowledgebase without coding, and imported legacy data into the new system. The switch delivered quick payback: lower costs (the purchase was cheaper than one year of RightNow), faster responses for tier‑one customers via automated alerts, user-friendly FAQs, better reporting and license-renewal automation, and increased sales opportunities through integrated FDIC and sales data.
