Miinto, the online fashion portal operating across seven markets with 1,800 independent shops, wanted to move from mostly offline marketing to a fully digital, data-driven strategy. The company needed to improve customer retention, grow permission-based audiences, and raise customer lifetime value through more personalized communication. Miinto partnered with Agillic and used its customer marketing platform to support automated and relevant marketing across channels.

With Agillic, Miinto implemented personalized and automated email flows, campaign management, and tracking to better use customer data and behavior insights. The results were strong: website traffic rose to more than 40 million visitors a year, the permission database doubled, customer lifetime value increased by more than 18%, and CLV was 119% higher for permissioned customers. Miinto also grew email revenue by 100% year over year, with automated emails accounting for about 30% of GMV and targeted to reach 50%.
