Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES Optimizes Collaboration With The Agilix Learning Suite

Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES, a New York educational cooperative for 12 school districts, faced a significant challenge in fostering collaboration among its educators, who were often separated by several hours of travel. The software tools students used were also disjointed, forcing them to navigate many different applications to complete their work.

This platform provided a central hub for curriculum and professional development, allowing educators to easily share and manage resources. A key feature was the ability to create base and derivative courses, enabling both centralized content management and teacher customization. The solution also allowed for sharing content with districts outside their cooperative using Publish Anywhere. As a result, Agilix empowered the BOCES to finally fulfill its decades-old mission of seamless collaboration, improving the experience for both teachers and students.
