The vendor, Agility Recovery, was engaged to help the company quickly and safely restore operations to its intricate supply chain.

Agility Recovery implemented a flexible physical recovery solution, transferring employees to a nearby vacant building and equipping it with 35 workstations, chairs, and satellite communications. This strategy cut recovery time dramatically, making the temporary office operational in under 72 hours. For three weeks, employees maintained daily operations from this site, and US Foods' customers did not feel the effects of the full facility shutdown.
