First Canadian Place, a major shopping centre in downtown Toronto, needed to digitally transform its web presence to drive tenant traffic across breakfast, lunch and dinner while preserving a high-quality artistic experience. To meet that challenge they worked with Dotfusion and selected Agility CMS as the content platform to deliver a fast, flexible, and editor-friendly solution.

Using Agility CMS, Dotfusion delivered a web-based interface that lets shoppers search food-court menus, arrange catering and schedule deliveries via partners like UberEats, Ritual and Foodora, and integrates with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mapped and Cineplex kiosks. The Agility CMS implementation produced measurable results: +69% organic website traffic, +22% food category sales, +24% catering orders and +129% centre footfall and new users, and helped FCP win the ICSC gold award for Best Canadian Shopping Centre.
