Tri-borough Adult Social Care - Customer Case Study

The customer, Tri-borough Adult Social Care, a collaboration between three London councils, faced significant information governance challenges after their merger. These included a lack of clarity on responsibilities and the need to integrate services with health partners. They engaged the vendor, Agilisys, to address these issues with a transformation service.

Agilisys implemented a two-phase solution, first diagnosing the issues and then creating a new consolidated governance structure with clear roles (RACI). They also developed a communications plan and a tailored training proposal. This work provided staff with the confidence to share information appropriately, improved compliance, and gave the board assurance that data was being managed lawfully, enabling the merged service to work effectively.
