Agilisys implemented its data-driven Revenue Collection Platform, which used analytics and credit reference data to segment debtors and apply targeted contact strategies, from reminders to enforcement. The solution also managed all debtor enquiries and ensured compliance. This program successfully recovered over £1 million of revenue that was previously destined for write-off, achieving collection rates well above industry standards and earning an Excellence in Debt Management award for the partnership.
