University of St Andrews cuts print emissions by 97.5% with Agilico

The University of St Andrews, a historic institution committed to reaching net zero by 2035, required a sustainable print solution to reduce its Scope 3 carbon emissions. Their challenge was to find a partner, Agilico, who could also provide responsive support and manage a complex rollout across a large campus with many historic buildings.

Agilico implemented a blended fleet of its Agilico Zero refurbished and new Ricoh devices, supported by PaperCut MF software. The solution avoided 69.64 tonnes of CO₂, reduced manufacturing carbon emissions by up to 97.5%, and cut electricity consumption by 84.3%, saving over £5,000 annually.
