A AgileThought Case Study
AgileThought worked with a multi-billion-dollar athletic brand that manufactures footwear, sports, and casual apparel. The customer had made a couple of unsuccessful attempts to implement agile and wanted to reduce work-in-progress, ease bandwidth strain, improve transparency across teams, and better track project outcomes, so it turned to AgileThought’s AgileIgnite assessment and transformation-roadmap service.
AgileThought then provided hands-on agile coaching and training for the customer’s Product and BI teams, including Scrum training and Kanban best practices, while also helping build a cross-functional transformation team for Global IT. AgileThought established Kanban boards, improved workflow visibility, introduced metrics such as lead time, cycle time, and throughput, and supported Communities of Practice and a communication plan. As a result, the customer gained greater transparency, delivered work more predictably, improved contract management and vendor visibility, and created a foundation for an organization-wide agile transformation.
