Leading Retailer worked with AgileThought to solve a global access challenge after opening an office in China to support supply chain logistics and purchasing. AgileThought designed and implemented a web-based application using Jenkins automation and Pivotal Cloud Foundry to apply privileged access management principles and limit users to only the data they needed. The solution gave the China team real-time access without weakening security controls, reduced lag time from 24 hours, and lowered organizational risk. AgileThought completed the project in six months with a six-person team despite both sides learning the new technologies during the engagement.
