AgileThought worked with a global professional services firm to build a modern, centralized auditing platform for its 245,000 employees across more than 150 countries. The firm needed a more agile IT delivery model, a more intuitive user experience, cloud migration, and a way to consolidate disparate data into one enterprise platform for future analytics.

AgileThought implemented a collaborative studio model and helped establish a DevOps function to speed delivery and strengthen innovation across teams. The result was a cloud-based “platform of the future” that reduced the number of daily systems, cut production time from months to weeks, and enabled two daily deployments to test environments, while 150 firm employees and 81 total team members worked across nine development teams.
