Global Bond Credit Rating Organization engaged AgileThought to help rewrite its legacy bond ratings application after a third-party systems integrator’s work ran into serious delivery problems, technical debt, missed milestones, and budget overruns. The organization needed better transparency, stronger program management, and an agile approach it could trust to avoid a costly write-off and support a major software release.
