Corporate Wellness Company FX Well Expands Virtual Coaching with New App

AgileThought worked with FX Well, a corporate wellness company focused on helping organizations improve employee health and performance. FX Well’s challenge was to make its virtual coaching more engaging, scalable, and easier to track across organizations of different sizes, while also improving onboarding and support for users.

AgileThought built a full-featured mobile app using Xamarin and supported it through ServiceNow, giving FX Well a faster, lower-cost platform for wellness campaigns, coaching, and progress tracking. The solution cut mobile-related costs by one-third, accelerated time to market, and delivered strong operational results including a 15-minute average response time, 85% first-touch resolution, and 30-minute average resolution time. In one National Guard program, the app-supported coaching model helped about 80% of at-risk participants pass their physical test, creating more than $7 million in benefit.
