Reed Exhibitions, a global leader in trade shows with 34 offices worldwide, needed to unify a patchwork of legacy on‑premise systems and multiple cloud registration sites into a single, real‑time repository for reporting, forecasting and campaign management (Salesforce and Eloqua). The company faced complex business rules, diverse customer platforms and a failed nine‑month custom coding effort, so it required a faster, cost‑effective way to automate enterprise workflows and support mobile and social channels.
