Quadrant Plastics is a global manufacturer of high‑performance engineering plastics with operations in 21 countries and over 2,700 employees. The company needed to automate quality and action management across its international production sites using the 8D problem‑solving approach. Key requirements included runtime‑dynamic actions (not hard‑coded in the process), handling multiple complaint types (customer, inter‑company, internal, supplier) and non‑conformities, plus a TCSP process to support quotations for special‑projects.
