Caja Laboral, a Spanish bank with about 2,500 employees and 400 branches within the MONDRAGON group, faced mounting pressure to run more, faster, and cheaper marketing campaigns amid difficult economic conditions. Campaigns had shorter life cycles, tighter budgets and required coordination across Marketing, PR, Design, Procurement and branch teams; management needed a way to streamline campaign initiation, execution and measurement and to adapt processes quickly when dates, priorities or sequences changed.
Caja Laboral implemented AgilePoint’s AgileXRM on Microsoft Dynamics CRM with SharePoint as the portal/repository, using a Visio-based, code-free process modeller to build an executable BPM application (100+ activities, 50+ forms) and went from development to deployment in six weeks. The solution delivered a single information repository, contextual forms, flexible reporting, real-time campaign performance data and alerts/notifications—reducing duplication and IT complexity, improving cross-team coordination, enabling fast course-correction and helping ensure campaigns finish on time.
