A banking company used AgilePoint to modernize its credit-card customer service system with the goal of increasing the number of requests handled by support staff 3–5× without adding headcount. The project was complex and needed to be completed quickly, creating a tight schedule and scope challenge.

The company outsourced development to an AgilePoint partner, who delivered the application from analysis to production in 17 months, including more than 70 processes and 100 ASP.NET forms. The first ASP.NET and SOA-aligned system for the company integrated with Oracle, Unix LDAP and the ERP, and implemented a custom organizing structure for parallel approvals—creating a scalable, integrated solution that met the company’s capacity goals.
