Convex Network mapped and rebuilt the process on AgilePoint’s low-code platform, creating a central database, automated job requests and approvals (with reminders/escalations), consolidated job applications, electronic interview forms, auto-populated contracts, and task-driven onboarding with deadlines and ownership. The result was faster, more consistent hiring, fewer errors, improved candidate experience, clear accountability and top-level dashboards for real-time performance tracking, with phase two planned to measure metrics like time-to-hire and recruiter workload.
