Agilence helped Buy Online, Pickup in Store, a specialty retailer with nearly 800 U.S. locations, better understand the sales lift from its BOPIS program. The retailer had already implemented the pickup-in-store strategy, but needed clearer visibility into how often customers made additional purchases during pickup visits and which stores were performing well or poorly.
