AgileAssets partnered with the Trinidad and Tobago Ministry of Works and Transportation to modernize the nation’s routine roadway maintenance program. The MoWT faced manual, paper-based budgeting and scheduling, rising resource costs, sustainability concerns, and a daunting island‑wide data collection effort that limited its ability to plan, track and report maintenance effectively.

AgileAssets implemented its Maintenance Manager RMMS via a pilot district rollout followed by system-wide deployment, converting procedures into computerized workflows. The solution unified all districts, improved budgeting, scheduling and cost analysis, enabled scenario planning for higher levels of service, simplified annual work program development, and created a sustainable, scalable platform for better communication and decision-making.
