Whitman College, a private liberal arts college in Walla Walla, WA, operates a 10-vehicle motor pool (including 14‑passenger buses, an 11‑passenger van, SUVs and a cargo trailer). Before automating with FleetCommander from Agile Fleet, reservations were handled by phone, email and a spreadsheet, which led to double bookings, inefficient vehicle use and difficulty keeping the fleet technician and managers up to date.
