Villanova University, led by Assistant Director Linda Lindley, managed a 45-vehicle daily rental fleet that was fragmented across seven departments with no centralized tracking, inconsistent preventive maintenance, unclear mileage-based billing, and low utilization (vehicles used at most once per day).
