A Agile Fleet Case Study
Villanova University, led by Assistant Director Linda Lindley, managed a 45-vehicle daily rental fleet that was fragmented across seven departments with no centralized tracking, inconsistent preventive maintenance, unclear mileage-based billing, and low utilization (vehicles used at most once per day). To address safety, billing accuracy, and underuse, Villanova selected Agile Fleet and implemented its FleetCommander system.
Agile Fleet’s FleetCommander centralized the fleet into a single reservation pool, enabled online/mobile bookings, automated preventive‑maintenance and license checks, and improved mileage tracking and billing. As a result, Villanova doubled to tripled vehicle utilization, served a much larger campus population with the same 45 vehicles, achieved customer satisfaction ratings of 90% or higher, and improved overall fleet safety and operational visibility — all delivered via Agile Fleet.
