A Agile Fleet Case Study
Adapt Integrated Health Care, a nonprofit delivering primary, behavioral and substance use services across four counties in southwest Oregon, struggled with chaotic vehicle management—85 vehicles and staff spread regionally were tracked with error-prone Excel spreadsheets, causing inaccurate availability and driver frustration. To solve this, Adapt partnered with Agile Fleet and implemented its FleetCommander fleet management software.
Agile Fleet’s FleetCommander introduced self-service reservations, a “Grab and Go” emergency option, mileage and data tracking, and integrated key box controls, replacing manual processes and cutting staff workload. The solution helped Adapt centralize vehicle sharing, manage rapid growth (from ~20 to 85 vehicles while staff grew to over 500), now covers nearly 95% of the fleet, and prevented the need for an estimated 130 vehicles (about 55% more) — with plans to support a projected fleet of ~100 vehicles.
