A Agicap Case Study
Scheppach Group, a Bavarian manufacturing and retail company with around €400 million in annual revenue, needed a better way to manage liquidity and cash expenditures across its growing international business. With 30 bank accounts spread across seven banks in three countries, its finance team faced outdated, manual processes and lacked a clear daily overview of cash flows. Agicap provided the treasury and cash management platform used to address these challenges.
With Agicap, Scheppach automated bank account aggregation, liquidity forecasting, transaction categorization, and reporting, while integrating data from existing ERP systems. The result was a much more transparent and reliable cash management process, with 90% of transactions automatically categorized and up to two hours saved per employee per day. Agicap also helped Scheppach improve cash pooling, detect liquidity peaks earlier, and produce better reports for management, banks, and the advisory board.
