Jimcor Agencies, an independent managing general agency (MGA), needed a better way to manage producer license compliance as it scaled across multiple states and thousands of producers. Although Jimcor had built its own modern, cloud-based agency management system, it was still relying on spreadsheets and manual checks to track licensing status, creating inefficiency and risk.

To solve this, Jimcor implemented AgentSync’s ProducerSync API to feed real-time producer license data directly into its existing system. With AgentSync, Jimcor cut licensing oversight from the equivalent of 1.5 full-time employees to just 30 minutes a day, reduced weekly labor from about 60 hours to less than three, and virtually eliminated the risk of producers selling outside their license status.
