The customer, Junior, an AI employee platform built by Kuse Inc., faced the challenge of giving each of its AI employees a real email identity for two-way conversations. They needed to provision hundreds of these inboxes programmatically without building and maintaining a complex email infrastructure platform from scratch. They turned to AgentMail to use its programmatic inboxes service.

AgentMail provided an API-centric solution, allowing Junior to create a fully functional inbox with a single API call in under 200 milliseconds. This enabled Junior to integrate email as a first-class channel in under a week. The results included a simplified email gateway built in about 1,200 lines of Python, zero duplicate deliveries, and the new ability for email-only teams to run the AI employee entirely headless.
