Indoor Sports Facility, a ~135,000-square-foot community sports and recreation center, was facing consecutive months of high electricity bills and needed a way to find savings without adding capital costs. Working with Agentis and its Customer Engagement Portal, the facility engineer reviewed energy usage against historical data using the Energy Data dashboard, then scheduled an on-site audit to identify opportunities to reduce spend.

Agentis helped the utility account manager and facility team analyze usage patterns and implement three no-cost measures: improving VSD controls on air handlers, dimming emergency and high-bay lighting, and lowering setback temperatures. The changes delivered about 400,000 kWh in annual electric savings and roughly $40,000 per year in cost reductions, with only around 10 hours of effort and no capital investment.
