The results were rapid and sustained adoption, with over 153,000 customers using the service without a significant marketing campaign. Furthermore, Agent IQ continuously rolled out new features like multi-language translation and SMB support, which allowed Rockland to enhance its service, efficiently onboard acquired customers, and handle over 200 daily banker conversations.
