Large Financial Organisation needed to migrate critical business applications off aged, out-of-support IBM WebSphere middleware. The obsolete WebSphere versions increased security, operational, and support risks across a wide estate of 23 applications, with potential customer and financial impact if vulnerabilities were exploited. Agenor Technology provided WebSphere migration testing and test management services to support the programme.

Agenor Technology delivered end-to-end testing, governance, and coordination across multiple platforms, environments, and 13 interfaces, including third-party suppliers. The team completed planning, execution, and business checkout for all 23 applications, completing 13,000 tests and identifying 2,900 issues for re-test. As a result, the organisation successfully brought all WebSphere applications back into vendor support with testing completed on time and under control.
