Global Finance Group engaged Agenor Technology to help address critical issues on a key technology platform while achieving compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements. The organisation needed to onboard in-scope platforms into its existing Splunk shared services environment, expand logging capacity, and ensure secure, centralized audit trail handling without disrupting current systems.

Agenor Technology implemented a solution that added physical indexers, search heads, and deployment servers to Splunk Shared Services, while configuring application logs to capture and stream mainframe and security event data into Splunk. The result was real-time mainframe visibility in Splunk, a secure tamper-proof logging environment for PCI compliance, and the first use of Splunk HEC for agentless data ingestion. The project was completed in 10 months, included 8 performance test sets across 3 environments, and resolved 15 defects during testing, all with no negative impact to existing systems.
