Agenor Delivers Payment Card Industry Data Security System for Global Finance Group

Agenor Technology worked with Global Finance Organisation, a major global finance client, to address critical security and compliance challenges on a key technology platform. The project was driven by the need to meet the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), onboard in-scope platforms into Splunk Shared Services, and ensure secure, centralized logging without disrupting existing systems.

Agenor Technology expanded the client’s Splunk shared service environment with additional indexers, search heads, and deployment servers, and implemented a solution to securely collect, reformat, and stream mainframe and security event data into Splunk via HEC. The result was real-time mainframe data in Splunk for the first time, PCI DSS compliance for centralized tamper-proof audit logging, and an agentless ingestion approach that reduced setup and maintenance costs, with 15 defects resolved through 8 performance test sets across 3 environments.
