Lévis Convention and Exhibition Centre and Hotel, an events management venue with 144 employees and a largely part-time workforce, struggled with highly variable scheduling needs. With Agendrix, the Centre moved scheduling responsibilities to supervisors, enabled employees to view the latest schedule and receive notifications on their phones, and streamlined shift requests and approvals.
