A Agendrix Case Study
Jean Coutu, a pharmacy affiliated with pharmacist-owner Anik Bertrand, was struggling to manage complex schedules for about 60 employees across full- and part-time roles. Before Agendrix, scheduling and timesheets were handled manually on paper, changes were hard to track, and payroll preparation took a lot of time.
Agendrix replaced the paper-based process with its scheduling, time clock, timesheet, and payroll export tools, including a custom integration with Sage. The pharmacy cut scheduling time from 15 hours to 5 hours per week, timesheet processing from 2 hours to 10 minutes, and payroll export from 1 hour to 5 minutes, reducing total weekly admin time from 18 hours to 5 hours 45 minutes. Agendrix also made communication clearer and helped the team manage updates, availability, and labor costs more efficiently.
