BonLook, the Québec eyewear retailer, needed a better way to manage employees as it expanded to 34 locations and about 400 staff. With Agendrix, BonLook centralized scheduling, timesheet management, shift swaps, availability, and internal messaging, while also using the Agendrix API to feed KPI dashboards at head office. Managers gained real-time visibility and employees could manage requests themselves in French or English. According to BonLook, Agendrix made schedule and timesheet management about 10 times faster, reduced day-to-day admin for managers, and improved coordination across the network.
