Salesforce Ventures engaged Agency EA to create a distinctive and premium executive lounge space within the larger Dreamforce event. The challenge was to design an elevated oasis that offered a different look and feel from the main show floor, serving as both a meeting place and a decompression zone for attendees.

Agency EA transformed a blank venue space by integrating creative branding, fabricated meeting rooms, and unique design elements. The agency handled all aspects of the lounge, including check-in, food and beverage with custom offerings, and the execution of three ancillary sessions. The solution successfully created a multi-purpose lounge oasis for 316 attendees, leaving a unique and lasting impression.
