Agency EA designed a comprehensive solution featuring an immersive innovation showcase with five themed rooms, multi-format stages for high-profile speakers, and thoughtfully themed networking events. The agency also developed a custom event app to drive engagement and facilitated a zero-waste event. The results were significant, with 1,600 attendees from 48 countries, over 100 media stories, and a 76.8% app adoption rate. Agency EA ensured 0% of event materials were sent to landfill and over two tons of food was rescued for the community.
