Architect of the Capitol brings Rotunda 360 to life with Agency MABU in a multi-year production

The Architect of the Capitol, alongside the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center, sought to bring the story of Native American people to life within the historical art of the Capitol Rotunda through an Indigenous lens. They engaged Agency MABU and its creative production service to meet this challenge and share an intimate look at the artwork.

Agency MABU developed an extensive 360-degree immersive digital experience. The solution involved building a 3D space from high-resolution images, designing an engaging interface, and creating educational content blocks with expert recordings. The project is now publicly accessible and is used by teachers across the country as part of Native studies and U.S. history curriculum.
