After Inc. consolidated Electrolux data into a single datamart, deployed predictive analytics to forecast customer profitability, launched multi-channel marketing and sales administration tools, and implemented real-time reporting. The results were strong: ESA sales rose 126% and profits increased 150% in the first year, accessory sales grew 384% year over year, average order value increased 50%, and the program delivered major cost savings and an expected $1.5 million profit increase.
