Smarter Workflows for ATP World Tour Content

Clean Cut Media is a London-based independent TV and media production company that produces the 47-episode‑per‑year show "ATP World Tour Uncovered" for global broadcasters. With shoots at 61 tournaments in 31 countries and a weekly delivery schedule, the company struggled with slow, costly and unreliable tape/hard‑drive couriering and FTP transfers and needed a way to accelerate review and approval of highlights and promos while supporting secure remote ingest from disparate locations.

Aframe provided a bespoke cloud ingest and collaboration platform that uploads native high‑res camera files via high‑speed UDP (often up to 15x faster than FTP), automatically transcodes to common codecs, stores content securely with triple replication and FACT certification, and enables web‑based access and timecode‑specific commenting for editors and clients in London and Los Angeles. The result: days shaved off ingest and delivery, immediate editing capability on arrival, faster client review and approval, reduced courier costs, and an ongoing workflow Clean Cut continues to use.
