WOWTech Group, a global pleasure products company with six brands and sales in more than 60 countries, was struggling to manage trade marketing and promotion planning at scale. Using Excel and email for business planning, approvals, and tracking made it difficult to control spend, analyze performance, and understand promotion ROI across its 828 retailer and distribution customers. WOWTech partnered with Aforza to improve trade investment management and bring structure to its global commercial planning.
Aforza implemented its Enterprise Edition TPM solution, rolling out core capabilities for promotions execution, account plans, trade budgets and funds, pricing, compliance, and analytics, with integration to NetSuite. The platform gave WOWTech real-time visibility into promotion performance, reduced manual administration and errors, and established a common global process for trade planning and execution. As a result, WOWTech gained better control of promotion cycles, improved efficiency, and a stronger foundation to optimize trade spend and increase ROI.
