Microsoft and Signal Studios engaged Affirma to build a cross-platform companion app for the game Smart Glass: Oracle of Kul that would beam real-time game information to any device or operating system and deepen player immersion during gameplay.

Affirma created a responsive mobile application using HTML, JavaScript and CSS3 and built a framework for rapid communication between the game and the app; the solution delivered timely in-game activity data to players, helping them decide whether to fight or flee and noticeably enhancing the user’s immersion.
